Possible future topics for meetings:

Summer outing/chapter-development  trip?: Bainbridge, Port Townsend, Bellingham, elsewhere?

Marketing the Guild: Develop overall strategy: who are the clients we want to reach (those with budgets, rather than impoverished writers? designers?) and what do they read/attend/belong to?
* Joining (and participating in?) organizations: Seattle Arts & Lectures "Supporter" ($100), GSBA, NDOA, other
* Advertising regularly in various publications (in addition to Hugo House newsletter)
* Finding a volunteer advertising coordinator among our membership who will handle arranging for ads that the SC decides to pursue; and/or who will recommend to the SC ads to pursue
* Mailing our brochure to local employers (would need big effort to compile database)
* Having SC members attend events as a representative of the Guild and "networking" (designers -- AIGA, Graphic Artists Guild events)
