CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
Here's your chance to help!
We are now moving into high gear for planning and preparations, and we are
looking for volunteers to assist with the following specific tasks.
Advance Preparation:

PR - Help with printing,
mailing, and otherwise distributing brochures and registration materials.

Hospitality - Help find places
for out-of-town members to stay; arrange materials for a Guild and member
information table at the conference; prepare and print name tags and
schedules for the day of the conference. |
Day of the Event:
| Set-up & Hosting - Set up and/or host the welcome and registration
table or the Guild information table at the conference; organize snacks and
coffee breaks. |
