Posts to listservs should make it clear that the event is open to all and requires no registration. In the posts people should be directed to the Seattle meetings page for more details: http://www.edsguild.org/seattle.htm.
Our administrator will post a notice about the meeting to the listserv about a week before the meeting. The notice should state that this particular meeting is open to all, and encourage members to forward the info to anyone they know who may be interested.
